Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MathGPT mobile application (the “App”), operated by M Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into these Terms. If you are a minor above the minimum age permitted to use the App, you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. The Service and AI-Generated Content

The App helps you work through math problems and generates answers and explanations using third-party artificial-intelligence providers. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must be independently verified;
• The App is a study and productivity aid and is not a substitute for professional, academic, financial, legal, medical, or expert advice;
• You are responsible for how you use any output, including complying with the rules of your school, institution, or examinations.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and/or in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple’s terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan;
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription;
• Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods;
• We may change subscription prices; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, we will notify you in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App or its infrastructure;
• Submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law;
• Use automated means to access the App in a manner that burdens our systems;
• Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App and provide responses (including sending it to AI providers). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by M Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

8. Third-Party Services

The App depends on third-party services, including Apple and AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be correct.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Solutions and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates [confirm the specific Emirate/free-zone jurisdiction with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

The following terms apply because the App is distributed through Apple’s App Store:

• These Terms are between you and M Solutions only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim relating to the App.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
